We spin Suns sweetness

With rapid wings

As it pulses through warm hexagons

And dark wax.

This is to transform.

This is the second piece to emerge as part of my 4 part Collection ‘From within the Hive’. Captured here on Film, this piece was born from witnessing the miracle of Nectar being whisked into Honey. It has been directly inspired by the humble miracle that transforms the gifts of flowers into an amber elixir like no other. It honours our Ancestral lineages and seeks to witness the mystery of Life.

Cast from rare breed English Wools, naturally dyed thread, wild local Dartmoor locks, rare raw ethical silks and vintage thread- this piece is entirely bespoke and its essence will never be made again.

This textile aims to cocoon its Wearer as they traverse the varied Landscapes of a Life. Each thread has been spun to offer unconditional holding, warmth and comfort. Every line of yarn woven holds the prayer to honour the Wearers many moments of transformation. It seeks to wrap you in alchemy, to hold you in the bright womb of potential.

This Shawl comes with a Hand carved stick pin created by my Partner Jules from foraged Dartmoor Oak, and oiled with organic flax seed. He has shaped it carefully and created a wand that enhances the wearability, magic and potency of the Shawl.
