I have worked with the soft, feminine and humbly fierce essence of the Desert Rose for over 3 years now.
Every time I revisit this energy, I am called to surrender to the warmth and comforting energies of hedgerow pinks, creamy whites and soothing greys.
I am in awe of the power of softness- it's gentle force has the ability to cocoon you in a sense of motherly nurture, connection and grace.
This Shawl is my most recent dance with these energies. It's woven with local and British wools, hand spun linen, a cotton and linen golden warp thread and wild harvested Muga and penduncle silk gathered from a Womens co-operative in India.
May the essence of this piece wrap its Wearer in protection, nurture and May they know that they are always held in the gentle palms of the Land.
Hand Wash with warm water and natural soap, dry flat.
