This Shawl was directly inspired by the sacred site of Mên-an-Tol in West Cornwall.

This site has been honoured for thousands of years as a place of fertility, vitality and the Union of polarities within the Land.

It was a strong and powerful place to visit, the essence of the stones and the sentiment of the Earth there are precious and rare.

This weaving is a direct reflection of my time and experience in the energies of those stones, and my wish is that this piece will cocoon its wearer in the strength and clarity of Rock.

I have hand spun and woven a blend of local and British wools, Alpaca, wild harvested Muga silk, linen and a tiny thread of Devon Lichen.

This piece comes with a beautiful Hand foraged, carved and oiled Oak Shawl pin made by my partner Jules.

The approximate dimensions are;
Width; 56cm
Length: 210cm

Payment plans and instalments are all possible! Please do not hesitate to contact me if you feel called to a piece.
