Cloak of Oak

This Weaving was made in reverence to the Oak Tree and all the bounty of wisdom, nurturing and strength it contains.

Oak trees, with their golden autumnal crowns and luminescent green summer leaves are pillars of grace and testament to the power that lyes in slow, considered growth.

This weaving aims to cocoon its Wearer in the Grace of the Oak.

Each thread has been imbued with the essence of this ancient and sacred Tree and offers a humble knowing.

This is a blend of hand spun British and local wools, alpaca, linen and wild harvested Muga silks.

The shawl is medium width and a smaller length. Its suitable for all and the dimensions are approximately;
Width: 56cm
Length: 190cm
