The ‘Mantle’ is a new design that arose last summer, rather spontaneously. I have been working with the loom for many moons now, and it felt so refreshing to witness this new spark of making emerge into being.

The ‘Mantle’ is a ceremonial garment, that can we worn exactly like a top, or light over-piece.

With any Mantle commission, each piece will be made uniquely to fit its wearer. I’ll ask you for the measurements from your wrist-to-wrist. As well as where you would like the cloth to fall on your belly or hips.

I’ll also send a list of simple questions, as with all of my commissions, that allows for spaciousness for you to write your intention for the colours, design and symbolism that you wish to be included in the making process.

Lead time;
I'm slowly returning to the loom after birthing my Son. I'll be working through my loom schedule and will create any new orders from October onwards. I welcome new commissions now, with the understanding that they will be most likely ready to send in November or December. I'm allowing the slow, considered and distilled time I have with the loom to deepen my practice. My gratitude for your patience.
